We had an unexpected leak show up over thanksgiving. I called Lascko and they were able to get a technician out for an evaluation the same day within 2 hours of my call.
Eli came out and was extremely helpful and professional. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a couple estimates and a good plan to go about resolving our issue. He explained everything in detail and was also very friendly with our dog. Super happy with my experience with lascko and Eli.

The Lascko team was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
My ancient boiler chose this winter to be laid to rest. Lascko patched it up a couple of times, kept trying but it was obvious that the time had come to replace it.
I could have shopped around, gotten other bids but I figured, why bother when I already had the best?
Josh was in charge of the installation and he led the team well. They enjoyed their work, laughed and sang together ( :

As far as pricing, I knew it would cost a bundle but their terms made it affordable for me. They knocked off what I'd paid for the patch up, listened when I explained my priorities and delivered exactly what I needed.
I looked at my basement after they left each evening. Wow. It took a lot of planning and hard work to get the job done.
I am safe and warm in my home. Thank you Lascko ♥️

Our heater stopped working and Lasckos was my first call. They were pretty booked for the day but Matt chose to squeeze us in. He was very kind and considerate of our situation. When we finally discovered the issue, and it was worst case scenario, Matt took the time to bring us heaters to ensure my family was comfortable for the night. He was empathetic and did a thorough job figuring out what was needed.
Very next day Nick came out to give us an estimate. He was also extremely nice and very knowledgeable of what they offer and how to make it work for the customer!
I would highly recommend their services, great customer service.

Lascko has proven to be among the best plumbing, heating and cooling companies in West Michigan! From start to finish, everything went flawlessly. Started out with Mike coming to our home to help us with lime scale and hard water. Mike explained everything that he recommended to solve our issues.
First let me say, I never only go with one quote, but Mike was so knowledgeable about what we needed and what they could do. We decided to sign the paperwork and have it done. Thanks Mike, we really enjoyed you and your kind knowledge also chatting with you. Wish you the best!!!!!
Install day came and David & Alex showed up right on time. David explained everything as well, they worked very hard all day! The job was so neat and clean I was very happy!!!! David briefed me on everything in detail after the job was completed. David & Alex were very nice, and a pleasure having in my home and cleaned up everything after the install. We have noticed a huge difference already with our new water softener, we absolutely love it!!!!!!! Thanks David & Alex you guys are great!!!!!

Frank was amazing! Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, helpful, honest, etc. I could go on. He explained everything so it was easy to understand. He gave me all the options and let me decide what was best for me. He was an absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure working with him. I'd give him extra credit if I could go above five stars. Well done Frank!
Andrew Farran was wonderful , to help me with saving money , (over $300), making a plan for repairing a busted pipe in a difficult to reach place. He crawled into my very narrow dirty dirt crawl space under house. Kept a great calm attitude, no swearing, ( which I appreciate), took lots of pics and videos to show me what was going on. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Very respectful and kind. He unclogged my bathroom sink as a bonus and informed me of a family plan that saved me 10 percent and will save the up front fee on any future service. They will take care of my water filtration system and changing filters, inspections 2X a year water heater, and furnace. they are working with me to pay for this. And putting in cut off valve where I can reach so this doesn't happen again. As a senior I am very pleased with such great service and really appreciate the help and even came a day early. I am told there will be 24/7 emergency service, too, with my family plan. This gives me great peace of mind. I look forward to long term relationship with this family owned local company on my support team! Andrew is huge asset for this company, IMO
